1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • ●  Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • ●  Product is in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • ●  Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • ●  Original invoice/order confirmation is available

2 Non-Returnable Items

  • ❌  Products that have been used, worn, or altered
  • ❌  Products with missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • ❌  Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery
  • ❌  Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer

3 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@snfwatches.store with your Order ID and reason for return

Attach clear photos of the product showing the issue

Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours

Once approved, ship the product back. Refund will be processed after inspection.

4 Refund Process

  • ●  Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after product inspection.
  • ●  COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising the return request.
  • ●  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5 Cancellations

  • ●  Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us immediately after placing the order.
  • ●  Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please follow the return process instead.
